Recently some of us mentioned seeing a homeless guy in skirts, on the streets of Portland, but he seemed to have been missing for some time.
I work in the Portland building, downtown, and today when parking before work, I saw him, in his usual long ragged skirt attire, making his way up 4th.
He looks much the same. :-)

Wed, January 23, 2008 - 8:48 AMYep. See him every day, almost. I think Friday was the last time I saw him. I usually am in a hurry and don't pay attention but I have to pass by him almost every morning, hard to miss with those long skirts on. LOL
