Thu, January 12, 2006 - 12:45 AMWe-ellll.... Okay, will try to post things that are going on up here. I started a tribe when I first signed on here back in about September or so, called KetchikanPhotography... Only two other people have joined it since it started, but I do have a few local photos posted there.
Only real recent news is that we *almost* set a record for rainfall in 2005. Don't know how we ended up, but by December 28 we had 183 inches--only 8 inches short of the record set back in 1949.
Rainfall aside, I absolutely *love* living here. Great arts community, nice small-town life, and several flights in and out a day. I moved here a long time ago from Petersburg--about a hundred miles north of here--and don't plan on moving. The wide world is an amazing place to visit, but this is home.
