Funny, I've never really thought of Gabran being christian despite the higher power/ God references. The first work of his I ever read was in my friend's high school yearbook. Her family took out a full page ad and put "a child is an arrow shot forth from our bow..." on it. It really spoke to me at that age and does now too, but from a totally different perspective. I don't own any books of his stuff, copy alot from the web ;)
