Pain=Growth
I had a thought... when muscles are put to work they ache and are painful, the result is growth. Simple rappid addaptive concept, now if you apply it to the mind and spirit (energy) to this same concept, could the response be growth? Realizing the evil that exsist in the world and coming to find ones self, and admit ones own faults can be a mentally painful time. But embracing it can promote mental growth, ignorance is convient... One should not ignore ones own emotion. Learn from it. Kinda like diving into the darkness to see the light.

Re: Just a thought
Wed, September 5, 2007 - 1:25 AMActually muscle growth only occurs during rest periods, the pain is caused by either micro tears due to stress loading, secondly : stress loading beyond the normal limit of usual muscle fibres in used during 'every day' activities and/or thirdly,the build up of lactic acid.
