Has anyone heard of tribandha pranayama aka three locks breath. It's basically a slow inhale with mula band and an exhale while pulling in on stomach and up on diaphragm. But it also says to lift head up on exhale and was wondering if anyone knew how far you should lift head up on exhale or if head should be down on chest on the inhale.
