Labyrinths of Peace
A Multidimensional Prayer Circle
April 24th, Tuesday 1-3pm, Global
The Labyrinth is an ancient global phenomenon
which provides humanity with a tool
to clarify and express intention.
all who care to join us
to walk a Labyrinth of 7 paths
with intention for peace as a healing phenomenon.
As we clarify and express that intent
we relieve tensions and reveal our differences
as sources of strength and love
rather than as sources of division and violence.
This is healing.
This is vital.
When we walk the labyrinth together
we act out our prayer in collective Mutual recognition
being present as a testament to the human spirit.
In addition to the Labyrinth walk and prayer circle, we will be fortunate to have a diverse group of co-creators
Mitch Hall: Dean of school of Humanities, NCOC
One-il: Peace Vigil of East Oakland
Laura Campos: Mission Muralist
Prayer facilitated by Priestess Unicorn
In part by the Healing Center at NCOC
*Special Guest Sister Mary Timothy Simplicity
of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence
Even if there is no way for you to get your body to New College,
you can still join in the synchronized, multidimensional prayer
by drawing your own labyrinth on the ground (to walk)
or on a piece of paper (whose path you can trace with your finger).
Directions for drawing your own labyrinth can be found on the internet at
www.lessons4living.com/drawing.htm
There are so many reasons to pray for peace and clarity.
