Seattle's acclaimed pan-ethnic band House Of Tarab will be in L.A. performing live as part of a tour promoting the release of their second CD titled "Beledi". The Arabic word tarab describes the ecstasy and surrender one enters when listening to music with the body and soul.

H.O.T. is known for their skillful,multi-textured renditions of traditional Arabic music, as well as dynamic original modern arrangements. A typical set features soulful music from The Middle East and North Africa, including classics and folkloric music from Egypt,Lebanon,Syria, among other countries.

H.O.T. will be joined on stage by two of the country's top belly dance artists, Delilah and Aubre. Both women are not only incredible technicians but also engaging, delightful performers whose stage presence mesmerizes the audience. Hailing from Seattle, Delilah is a living legend whose extensive international career has spanned decades and influenced literally thousands of belly dance performers and hobbyists the world over. Aubre performs and teaches belly dance in L.A., and was a seminal member and dance captain for the world-famous "Belly Dance Superstars".

The evening will be a celebration of Arabic music & dance.
