I finally read the Harlequin. I had a couple of bad days so it took me a couple of tries to get in to the book which is very unusual for me but once I got in to it I could not put it down and now I am biting my nails waiting for the next one. A friend of mine knew how much I enjoy Ms. Hamilton's books so he has bought me all of the comic books that are out so far. That was a big surprise to me and I have been very impressed with the art work and how it has stayed so close to the story line.
Happy reading to all.
Happy reading to all.

Sat, August 11, 2007 - 12:32 AMOh good, I'm gad you enjoyed it. I like the comics but I think that someone who hasn't read the books would be a little lost. A lot of the crutial details seem to be missing from the comics. I still enjoy them though because I'm familiar with the story. :-) -

Re: Finally
Sat, August 11, 2007 - 12:55 AMGuess that is a no. Every comic book series has a handbook. (or that is how it was explained to me) The handbook lets someone who has not read the book or seen the movie get the jist of the story line. It outlines each important caricter and it explains the holes in the story that the comic book leaves.
I think that is how it is explained.
Now did you know that she is putting out a prequil? It tell about the way she became an animator. Her first kill, and how she and Jean Claud met. Oh and bummer of it all it is only comming out in the comic books not in novel form. -
