Step #3 Getting into the feelings

So you've done step one and two, identified what you don't want, and identified what you Do want. Now your ready for step three, getting in touch with the feelings of having what you want. Say you do step two, you know what you want, but you're more in touch with how it feels to NOT have it then you are with how it feels to have it, maybe you have a deeply held belief that somehow you can't have what you want or you can't have this particular thing that you want. Focusing on this step, using such things as Creative Visualization and similar tools, will help you get off the belief that you can't have what you want, and find what you need to believe that you CAN have everything you want. Feed the feelings of having what you want, and starve the feelings of lacking what you want.
