I have been using the tools I've been posting about since early 2005 and I have a new home, a new love and a new car in my life as a result. The boyfriend and the car may not be perfect, but they are a vast improvement over a car that died after only one year, no love in my life; the new home is soo new that what will come of it is yet to be seen, but I am totally in love with my new community! It's a Low-income housing community that is truly one of a kind, right now. It is low-income housing and Cohousing all rolled into one. It is affordable housing, and rental only. All other Cohousing communities are buy-in only. So those of us here feel very lucky to have the opportunity to be here. We may become the model for other such communities in the future, but right now we are one of a kind and we are all sort of "falling in love" with each other and what the possibilities are as a community.
