Hey, could someone please tell me how to do the Lebanese butt-pop move? Is it just bending and straightening the knees? Do you have to tighten the glutes at all? Thanks!

Mon, October 6, 2008 - 8:09 AMits a combo of bending and straightening the legs, and tilting the hips. When you bend the knees tuck the hips slightly forward, when you come up release the pelvis back a little. When i do it I nly bend at the knee slightly.
