last night Lecca did one of her blessing routines at the end of class. it always amazes and delights me how coherent and in tune with the daily activities of the studio that Lecca is. At the beginning of class she typically makes her appearance and issues greetings to familiar faces as well as introduces herself to all new comers to the space. Shortly after warm ups, she may go off and do her thang elsewhere, but almost always returns for the end of class.
last night at the end of the last class we went through salutation and Lecca very dutifully walked the circle making sure to brush up against each dancer as she went along. she didn't leave out a single one.
she definitely knows her role well.
