Refrain from using cryptic names, posts or mind-numbing riddles. We’d like to understand you, not be obfuscated (look it up; my friend put that word in here just to show you what I mean!)
You really should include a headshot somewhere in you portfolio. I’m a photographer. I should know. If you don’t have a head shot, I’m a photographer…
This tribe is by invitation only because honesty, candor and simplicity are the best way to come into a circle and share sensitive issues in safety. We need to feel safe even on the internet. By being open and honest, we demonstrate that we care for each other. None of our other gifts matter if we don’t care for each other.
Do you have to agree with everyone or everything posted? No…but I want you to respect whatever is posted here and whoever posts here. It’s hard to be honest about the sacred and about art, anyone who has the guts to be honest in this way deserves, at the very least, respect. If you’re interested in pulling people down or sowing seeds of doubt, it will be obvious in your posts, and I reserve the right to ask you to leave this tribe.
If you’re lurking, my desire is that you see something here that makes you want to be open, honest, and simple about these things, and that you’ll contact me and ask to join the tribe.
