There is a light that shines within-
that purifies the urge to sin-
that when you move away the fog
you can see that everything you need you all ready
have,........ that spark that light has always been and will always be,
that feeling that no matter what, you are alright and the world is
okay------ but even better than that you are eternal, the energy flows
both within and without you,------ truth be told so we aren’t sold for a
dime a dozen and bound with our cousins to the torment of fear and
oppression,------ but welcomed into the arms of grace and acceptance and
freedom from the cages so many accept as their reality---- so many like
puppets on stages wait to be led like sheep this way or that way -----but
instead you know to reach for truth, to seek out what is true for
you and maybe no other, ------this is the best thing- the only thing you
can ever do to be free, to be happy with all that is or isn’t,----- no
thing in this world will satisfy your soul, no person will ever fill
that hole, we are spiritual, the only way is to know who you are and
who you are not -----and I am not myself, this body and this mind are not
eternal----- but my spirit, my soul is eternal and with that I am
comforted-- ---like my thirst has been quenched --but I know that every day
I want to drink this comfort and let the water of truth fill my body
and wet my lips like sweet honey dripping down my spine ---like sugar
melting through me & into you because we are connected and all
seeking acceptance and friendship and love----- and the only way is to
love first your GOD and then yourself and everything else will flow -
------ like the river and join the ocean as we all learn -----and we must learn,
to walk hand in hand for a better future by being present to the
moment on this land , together lets overstand.
