how do we make a difference?
how do we enact change for the better?
i say quit your job and find your joy.
if you don't quit your job -
find ways to do it joyfully.

smiling at a person can change their day -
can change their life.
make eye contact with people and smile.

stop shopping.
grow your own food.
kill your own meat.
drink filtered(not bottled) water.
make your own clothes.
or trade what you make joyfully
with people for things they've made joyfully.

then we can all throw a party
when the banks and corporations collapse
because we all quit our jobs
and stopped buying things we don't need.

throw away your ipod
(handheld program enforcement device).

sing your own songs.

i'm not anti technology
but i am anti "buy the newest latest thing"
if we all stopped buying new
and started reusing and buying used
there would be enough for everyone
and there would be new jobs created
in the fixing refurbishing field.

i think that corporations are having a contest
to see who can make the most money
while killing the most people...
how have they gotten away
with selling poisons as food? msg aspartame

rise up

rise up in the mornin
smile at the rising sun
ask your heart what is love
go out and get some

dance a jig
spread a smile
you can be happy
if you put your mind to it

eat fresh live food
bless it too
open your heart
