prayer lists are great places to focus our attention, loving blessings, and intention. this way we can consciously co-create healing, peace, and prosperity in the world around us - especially in our own lives and those we love. if you are new to the concept it simply involves making your prayers public for others to share.

here's an example. i'd like to send out special blessings to our sister Turtle who is pregnant and about to give birth in Florida. may her birth be flowing, full of grace, peace, joy, and ease. may she have the support she needs to raise her child in a good way. may her child be blessed with health and strength.

actually i have lots of pregnant friends and want to extend this blessing out to all of the mamas and their children - in the womb and already walking the Earth. and blessings to their partners - may they continue to provide the proper love and physical needs necessary for the new families. blessings of health, joy, peace, strength, ease, and flow to Jaime, Jonathan, and Layla; Joshua and Nicole; Jodi Blue; Rae and Izaya...

congratulations to my sister Kylee and Mike for the healthy birth of a new daughter Violet - blessings to them and their 2 1/2 year old son Thaddeus who is adapting to a new life and focus in the family.

please bless our family Tony, Natasha, and Serenity - may they have Loves protection and blessing as they travel...

please bless my brother Michael, my sister Kimberly and her husband Daniel and their sons Henry, Arthur, and George,Rae's sister Rebecca, Steve, Blue, Aunt Ginny, Jean and Howie Poole, Joel and Amy Palmer, Ken and Sue Mortensen.... this list could go on for days... bless all of our friends and family with the healing, Love, peace, and joy they need and deserve.

happy birthday on August 2 to Grandma Mortensen - Grandmother of quite a clan - she sends homemade birthday cards to everyone of her children, grandchildren, and greatgrandchildren every year. - lets all send her extra love and healing...

and all of our elders - just because your grandparents have passed on - doesn't mean you don't have any grandparents - every elder is your grandfather/mother... bless our elder Johnny Creed Coe with a strong and healthy back and pain free days - he helped me become aware of the fact that all of the elders are our elders and resposibility... adopt a couple more grandparents - make sure they have what they need - mostly they need our love, our attention and time with our children...

bless the Spirit within us - may we connect with our internal connection to source

may our hearts open wide to love our own selves and allow the unconditional source of love to flow eternally into our beings raising our energetic vibration with the light of love... activating our original twelve strand dna blueprint for ascension.
