I'm so sorry to hear you're having a hard time. A product that I recently discovered may help with joint pain. It's from Peaceful Mountain (www.peacefulmountain.com) and they have a location finder on their website to find a store that carries it near you. I got the Joint Rescue gel which contains arnica, comfrey, poke, white willow, etc. and it's really been helping me.

That said, you can also use homeopathic arnica internally along with Chamomile tea (much as you want), feverfew (up to 1000 mg/day but start out with a smaller dose), stinging nettle root (that's ROOT, the leaves don't help us much, 600-900 mg/day), and possibly licorice (check with your dr. on this one first if you're taking steroids, if you get the OK you can add it to tea or take glycyrrhizin tablets starting at 200 mg/day or less; you can go up to about 800 mg if no side effects--do NOT use everyday [rotate 5 days on/2 days off when acute, 6 weeks on/2weeks off when flare calms down] and do NOT use the DGL version). If you've got other symptoms going on, let me know and I'll make some suggestions.
