The Leather Tea Party has been a tradition at Bay Area conventions for more
than 10 years, founded by hostess Laurie (SOJ officer, proprietrix of the
decade-long Dark Knights party group, and demo-model-about-town). The party
offers chips, dips, chains, whips... cookies and properly brewed tea...
cordial, fascinating, witty guests - often clad in quite interesting
leather outfits... scintillating conversation, and info on a number of Bay
Area alternative lifestyle groups, should you be interested.

We'll have a safe, fun, consensual rope demo at 11 PM by Lynx. (Lynx is the
founder of the bondage-themed Camp Arachnid at Burning Man.) The demo will
help demystify introductory rope bondage and some other basics; all skill
levels and interests welcome.

Optional but appreciated dress code: Wear black, or leather, or black
leather... or your SteamPunk/Victorian costume. Room number will be
announced/posted on flyers the day of the party - Saturday, Nov. 1st, 9 PM
- 12 AM.
