Park Hoop Meet up?

Okay, so the weather this weekend looks a bit miserable, but there are many, many other weekends!
I'm not sure where all of you are based, but does anyone fancy a park meet up either in July or August? Just to get outside, hoop in some company and, hopefully, enjoy the British Summertime? I don't live in the center of London, but big open spaces I can think of are
Hyde park, the one near Russel Square, maybe St. James' or that green bit under the London Eye at Waterloo.
Any thoughts? How about the August Bank Holiday?

Last year a few of us met several times in Green Park - there is a big flat area which is great for hooping. It gets a bit crowded if it is sunny, though!

Hampstead Heath is beautiful and there's a train station right next to it. There are also swimming ponds you can jump into to cool down after hooping!
It's so big there will always be a spot for a group of hoopers somewhere...

    Hey everyone!

I'm quite new to Tribe so just I thought I should say "hi!". Have been dying to meet some London hoopers so coming across this thread is perfect!

Living in C. London myself, I love the parks too. Can I recommend Battersea Park? Have always wanted to hoop by the Peace Pagoda, though it is quite hilly round that area. But if we get there early enough (e.g. moi!), can scope out the best places.

There's also Holland Park (Kensington) or Hyde Park, by the Serpentine.

I'm free most weekends (apart from the last weekend of July), so whatever anyone else decides should be fine by me...
