LUANO and self-hatred

FOR me this is the only function that luano serves,
she is a gauge for the amount of self-love I have,
if I allow her in my life than that is an indicator that
I still have immense self-hatred and that
I need to be pounded on by a rage-filled denial spirit,
just to know I am alive.
