Lotus and entire NDC,

Thank you for such a wonderful weekend! Everything from Friday thru Sunday was first class & so much fun! It's been a long time since I laughed so hard, hurt so much from a great & challenging workout & was so tired I could hardly see, but we all just keep going like energizer bunnies! Nobody wanted to miss a thing!

Lotus, you and the ladies of the NDC are to be commended for a wonderful production. Thank you for bringing Ava back to Baltimore where I was happy to see even more people attend this workshop then last year. Word is getting out that Ava is a very talented performer & instructor that has so much to give and has a great time giving us "torture"!

Thank you as well for asking me to be a part of the show. The entire show was fantastic and I agree with Nuru, that everyone brought such a wonderful & diverse contribution to the show. I didn't want to miss anyone and can't wait for the DVD!
