Just keep in mind - we belive in good manners here - there's a zero tolerance policy in effect for any attempt to be nasty, snide, slyly undermining, etc. (No sniping, keep it friendly, and lets try not to turn it into a personal territory or competition/gloating session or I'll BOOT ya. Grrrr.)
