Are we planning on taking over a greeting shift this year? I had an AWESOME time last year at that butt-crack-of-dawn shift, and I always use it as one of my "favorite burn stories." LOVE ARMY must RULE the GREETING!

Thu, July 19, 2007 - 12:09 PMThe theme greeting shifts are all full, but we can all kinda group up and join a shift. There are only a couple with a few opening left. Who is interested in Greeting? I know there are some openings 4am-8am on MONDAY, opening day, but I don't know who all will be in at that time. It also looks like the 4-8am shift on Thursday is open, and part of the 12am-4 shift before that. There are some free space on Friday as well. Let me know if you can make one of these and if you are interested. Even just 5 or so Love Army Recruits can make a difference!

Thu, July 19, 2007 - 12:17 PMI've asked for a shifton Tuesday at Midnight and another on Wednesday at noon. If you want to join in one of those, create a new login on the greeters page and request one of those shifts. I will still arrange the group shift if we get enough troops to participate! -

Mon, July 23, 2007 - 6:37 AMi can bring 3 maybe 4 including myself to a group greet shift... after the stories from last year my camp is pretty interested to go to one... they will all be coming by to sign up for active duty for the love army at some point i hope...

Mon, July 23, 2007 - 5:56 PMuh - well.. i' not so sure what you mean - jump onto one of yours (you have shifts of your own?)? figured it would be a group thing as more of love army might want to go... i just know i'm probably bringing a handful of people with me if we greet and trying to get them to go as love army cadets
did you manage to get a middle of the night trickle in shift like before? it's easier to be cap'n sassy pants when i don't have to rush - part of the fun for me was making them wait forever before they could get in - mmm torturous - but i'll get plenty of indian leg wrestling and dirt angels for your photo album this year i'm sure...

Mon, July 23, 2007 - 10:59 PMWell, the spots for greeting were going fast and the group ones were taken, so I just kind of signed up for one- midnight to 4am tuesday morning. The other one I tried to get was a nooner, but it was full.
