I have just copied this from my blog..... I wanted to share it with you as its just an example of how fantastic this family.... and in fact my genetic family also really are........

ok..... this should make you smile........

I dont know what my non-english family knows of English Tradition......so heres a little slice of "history" just for you.....

Its reported that 13 men collaborated to blow up the Houses of Parliment in London, England... to over throw the King....

In 1605, 36 barrels of Gunpowder were hidden under the houses of parliment...with the sole intention of causing policitical uproar....etc etc etc......

However 12 of the conspirators made senisble plans to run from the country expecting they may get caught.....one consirator.....Guy Fawkes did not......and was arrested in the early hours of the morning of 5th November 1605.

Every year on 5th November we celebrate by having fireworks.......building a massive bonfire and burning an effergy of a man....(representing Guy Fawkes) on this fire......

Anyway......my family have always gone to to big displays of this happening when we were kids but not for many many many errr yeah alright many years.......

Well that is until now........

Last year when I was travelling round asia... my parents decided to have a party in my honour......a few fireworks in their back garden and a little bonfire (thankfully no effergy of me burning on the fire!!).......(had they known of burning man and the changes that were about to take place in their daughter they may well have made one!!)

This year they have decided to repeat the scenario......however theres a difference........having this been my first burn.......they felt something extra was needed......so I am building a man......now I should point out this has nothing to do with Guy Fawkes......and to be honest with 6 of us there its not exactly gona have as much energy as BRC but hey they are trying........

I am celebrating burning man.....on guy fawkes day......with my fam..... just because they want to and because we can.........we will be doing the traditional roasting marshmallows on sticks......letting some fireworks off.....and letting lots of stuff go and making happy memories...........before I leave them on my travels........

And I just wanted to share this silly child like happy family moment with the rest of my family..........and I so wish you all could be here with me........ I will be dressing up in true burning man playa wear.......and the fam are trying it to (well a little!)...... hee hee hee......

I LOVE YOU ALL........I am so so so happy right now.....these are the moments of love that lifes about......and the moments of life that loves all about.......
