Want to take your PRAISE to another level?
Whether you've never praise danced before or have been doing it for years, TAE's instructional sessions can help you reach your full potential! The beginning Liturgical (Praise) Dance sessions are designed to give you the basics of this powerful dance form. Each session focuses on one of the six types of Liturgical Dance (praise, worship, warfare, prayer, restoration or prophetic). Students will learn the fundamentals of Total Movement as well as learn how to connect meaning with movement by engaging in lyric movement drills, and exercises geared towards bringing the dance into a smooth combination of music and steps. Some sessions will also introduce props, from flags to glory rings.

These sessions are for TEENS and ADULTS, both men and women are welcome.

COST: $32 per 6 week session
