Any day now I should be getting my first LRD order. It's the student special -- 1/2 top, harem pants, skirt & veil in red for $100.00, plus I also ordered a dance bra. I phoned in the order and the young lady who answered was VERY helpful in helping me decide on size considering my measurements. I am really excited!

I had a million questions, and she answered all of them very graciously. I ordered a couple of bra tops, arm cuffs, and a tie belt w/out fringe... can't wait to see how they turn out. But based on what I've heard from other people, I know I won't be disappointed. :-)

I got an email the next day saying the rec'd the order and confirmed my choices.. It arrived this last Friday.. it fits beautifully !!! All I did was follow the instructions for measuring.. it fits like I stood there and was pinned in !! I danced in it on saturday [ I got the RED Beledy dress, flared with the Persian sleeves.. I wore it with a gold and silver bedlah.. danced with a pink and white veil... was soooooo pretty. -

Mon, February 25, 2008 - 8:03 PMWhen I pulled into the driveway this evening I saw a box by the front door. My intention was to eat, do pilates, then open the box. Good intentions went astray as I carefully opened the box. I looked at everything and ate. Then I took everything upstairs to look further and try on. No offense to L Rose, but I wasn't too crazy about the doubled up wide elastic in the skirt or the elastic in the harem pants. I just HAD to go to Joann's and bought thread to match, a narrower elastic for the pants and a silken twisted cord in exactly the same color for the skirt. I've found elastic is not my friend! Upon returning home, it was pilates, then the fun.
The cord idea worked perfectly as did the narrow elastic. For the last two hours I've been like a little girl trying different combinations of new and almost new things I've recently received. The skirt is beautiful (pro. satin circle), the silk pants float, the chiffon veil is a dream, and the tops fit just right. I really like I can wear my VS push up bra under the 1/2 top and extra dance bra I ordered. A 36A needs all the help she can get! LOL
Needless to say, I felt like an arabian princess. Thank you soooo much, L. Rose Designs.
