My fondest wish is to have an L Rose beledi dress, underbust neckline, 3/4 sleeves with chiffon, skirt with chiffon gores almost up to the hip in black stretch fabric with loads of tonal glitter. I have a gorgeous new bedlah...the belt is wide so my upper thighs kind of 'poof' out...the high gores could hide it! Anybody else have something from L Rose on their wish list?

I bought this fantastic velvet blue bra back when I was 13 or 14 at a halfa here in Boise. I loved it dearly but never got to wear it. Its almost 10years later, Im determined to wear to for a solo but I couldnt find it. Finally today as Im cleaning my room I find it. Im happy :) I look on the tag and it says L.Rose Designs. I think to myself, that sounds really familiar. So of course I look it up on tribe! I had no idea who had made this bra! That is so awesome that L.Rose is still in business!! I'll definately be buying more stuff from her! :) When I don't look like hell, Ill post a pic of me in it!

Skirt Care and Feeding

Hello. A question about the care of dance skirts. So far I only have two skirts: a "professional" split satin circle skirt and a 25 yard cotton tiered skirt. When stored in the closet should they be hanging or should they not be allowed to stretch out? Both are relatively new with the circle skirt brand new. Will they actually stretch out hanging? What is the best way to store them?

I'm purging my closets and am selling the following gently used L Rose items:

1. Red Luxury Glitter Velvet Beledi Dress. $70 includes shipping to US
This dress is cut out to fit below the bust, (Underbust 36) 2 slits on either side of the leg, sleeves are traditional drape sleeves.
Size is Large, for reference I am size 12-14 and 5'9"

2. Black Luxury Velvet Jazz Pants and U-Top $70 includes shipping to US
The pants are size large with a slit starting around the knee. The U-Top is Large (Underbust 36) with 3/4 sleeves and cold shoulder.

Shortie purple trumpet skirt

So I thought I'd post here first... I have a purple deluxe trumpet skirt looking for a new home. It's been worn all of twice, but is way too short for me. I believe it was sewn to the following measurements:

36" high hip
40" low hip
34" length

Student Deal

Any day now I should be getting my first LRD order. It's the student special -- 1/2 top, harem pants, skirt & veil in red for $100.00, plus I also ordered a dance bra. I phoned in the order and the young lady who answered was VERY helpful in helping me decide on size considering my measurements. I am really excited!

In addition to the single pinch on the tops, you can get a double pinch which results in a square neckline or a triple, or sweetheart pinch, which gives you a...sweetheart neckline.

Anyone go? Anyone wish they had gone? :) I love going to her shop, because I always find something I wouldn't have thought of just by browsing her website, or catalogue. All the girls from L. Rose are super creative and sometimes what's on the rack just isn't in the catalogue.
Today I bought a stretch denim choli top. It has three quarter sleeves with gold drapes, and a tie back. It's Gorgeous! I'll post pictures tomorrow!
