Friends from NiaMoves are helping me put together a special offer just for you. Every inspired student can have an opportunity to try beginner hoop classes for FREE!
On Mondays we offer beginner classes for all of you who would love to learn how to hoop and experiment with the hoop dancing. Also, Sunday an intermediate class for serious addicted hoopers who look forward to progress and developing a strong personal style. I will help you to learn new technical tricks, help to develop effortless moves with the hoop by changing dynamics of the body and put an easy fun hoop routine together!!!

The Hoop Dance Beginner Class Mondays at 7:30 pm is now a part of the NiaMoves class packages! If you are new to NiaMoves, you receive two weeks of FREE classes, including the Hoop Dance Beginner Class Mondays at 7:30 pm.
(These offers do not apply to the Sunday Hoop Dance Intermediate class.)
Classes cost $8-15 depending upon the package that you purchase. More info at www.niamoves.com.

Mon, February 11, 2008 - 7:54 AMAwesome! I already take belly dance at Nia Moves and I've been eyeing the Hula classes. I probably can't make this week but maybe I'll try for next week. Do we need to get our own hoop or does the studio provide those for us? -
