Despite society's narrow view, FBSM is not s-xual! It is only a more complete therapy. Just as our skin releases toxins when the muscles are massaged, much of the energy also centers around those other vital "organs" and needs to be released as well. This, too is a muscle that needs attention. Ever feel lethargic after a clinical massage? What about after a FBSM? A good, strong, therapeutic massage followed immediately by manual release has tremendous benefits.
