Start 2007 with Joy!
Sher and John Christian will share poetry and music on keyboard, conga drum, and gong that will immerse listeners in a rich, sensual world of divine pleasure. As we attend to sensory pleasures of the moment, enter into a sacred relationship with what is sensate, life becomes a heartful prayer of love and gratitude. The divine shines through nature, every object, person, and action. Conscious attention on this omnipresence through sensory perception seeps the self in joy, opens one to a deep awareness of grace. Participate in exercises that deepen and anchor our ability to feel the joy and grace that lives within us in every moment. Bring a drum or other musical instrument if you like.
“Spirit continually showers us with grace. We need only open our senses and receive this celebration in every cell of our beings to realize we are chalices of joy.”
