The issue Sunray says is first right of refusal. His place was sold from under him two years ago, despite being in daily contact with Sue and kids for over 6 years now. He was depending on buying his place back to wood work. He has tons of tools but can not afford to even rent in his area.

I am his friend and think he deserves some slack. He has studied now for years, computers and sculpting. He has many new techniques and idea that require a large shop space with 12 foot ceilings as he designed. New techniques, the internet, and low overhead is a good business model. Manic depression is a hard thing to deal with, the last thing anyone needs is more stress and people ready to take advantage.
