Bellydance is a wonderful way to get fit for people of all ages and sizes, and working to improve the muscles that drive the movements can help in the dance. So feel free to use this forum to discuss anything related to bellydance and health--whether it about bellyrobics, the anatomy of the movements, proper warmups and stretches, injury prevention or whatever.
