Yay! I can't wai tto see. You will love that video, it gives you a lot of structure for practice. I usually practice one new move till I can get it right , and then move on to the next, and when I practice I practice everything I know so far.

BTW, opening the poi and filling the tennis balls with rice made them PERFECT. You'll prolly not want to leave them as light as they are because that teeny weight tends to make the 3-beat weave a lot harder to do, as well as other more advanced tricks like the corkscrew. You'll see when you get to that. Your planes also won't stay straight unless the poi are heavy enough, either. You'll never spin fire poi that are that light, and that's one of the most common complaints about tennis-ball poi without added weight.
