Miss Hadigan from Annie!!
Not that I think she's a boozer that hates 'little girls', just the basic look and 'no bullshit' style. And her classic off white costume is so similar to the scene when she's singing 'Little girls' in her off white underwear. 'Someday I'll step on their freckles! Some night I'll straaaayghten their curls......
