For all dance styles...cabaret, tribal & fusion...Sword required, of course
beginning thru intermediate moves. Learn grace, balance and poses... adding slinky arms, undulating torsos, footwork, dramatic moves, spins and simple floorwork (bring knee pads or yoga mat if necessary) .Modified backbends with exercises to help you get there plus the "on the head sword spinning" that Rafi'ah . Short combos and interesting moves to put in your own dances.
