But openkapow is a different kind of "mashup" robot.

A robot in openkapow is a small program that automates what a person can do in a browser.
Openkapow.com is an open service platform, this means that you can build your own robots and run them from openkapow.com

Your robots can simulate access web sites including navigating, clicking on links, submitting forms, extracting data from a site and and allows you to use data, functionality and even the user interface of other web sites in a whole new way. You can then use those robots from within your own mashups, code, Yahoo! Pipes, Google Gadgets etc

I'm looking for a way to show a tribe members details. With the FOAF data you can get their location that could be fed to Google Maps. Then I could connect them and common friends visually with the map.

I guess it's a "Lo Tech" way of mashuping up.
Teqlo is a mashup platform that allows you to put together a page consisting of widgets or modules that can talk and connect with one another.

Their logo looks alot like the Heroes TV show logo.

It starts you with a few widgets to add to a mashup 'canvas'. The widget can then be setup to communicate with other widgets and create a mashup with live interaction.
