Sun. Apr.15/07 - "Tribal Duets & Slinky Sets" workshop (the 2nd workshop in my series this spring):

12 - 3:30pm @ Scotia Dance Ctr. - 677 Davie St.

This workshop will look at learning to dance in 2's and developing a connection. We will focus on both moves for lead & follow tribal, and tribal fusion - borrowing flavors from Indian style & Hip Hop style (cool, smooth moves), covering both styles - something for everyone. Intro to "energy practice and development" for ultimate presentation. Drilling specific moves & seqences with one or two combos, for each style. Smooth is the word & Slinky enough to make you say "oooh - aaaah"!
Workshop includes conditioning warm up, drills, and much practice in moves and presentation. Good for any level, or any style of bellydance.

Bring yoga mat, if you have one & lots of water!

$40 advance payment
$45 at the door
