My neice got stuck at Camberwell where there are "thousands" of people

Connex spokesman John Rees said that falling debris on tracks and power lines has disrupted services across the rail network and advised commuters to monitor developments at the Connex website.

Belgrave lilydale, Glen Waverley and Alamien lines are known to be having trouble.. See if you can call a friend who might be on the trains before you head down there..

    No trains going through the Union Rd crossing for hours..
