One of my friends and I went on a chocolate walking tour of Melbourne today (www.chocoholictours.com.au). We did the "Chocolate and other desserts walk" and it was so much fun. Started off with our choice of three flavours of icecream at Charmaine's in Fed Square, then to samples of 6 or so chocolates at Haighs, then pancakes and icecream at the Pancake Parlour, Belgian chocolates at Leonidas, then mousse, cake and tarts at the Hyatt. I want to try the other tours now, just to compare them of course. The walking wasn't too bad, even in today's smokey heat. I'd advise against eating beforehand, and taking a bottle of water for in between mouthfuls of chocolate.

Just as an aside, Charmaine's gingerbread icecream and lemon cheesecake icecream are divine.
