Re: International No Diet Day
Sun, April 20, 2008 - 12:21 AMExercise is addictive. I've just started working at a gym and am completely hooked. I've signed up for extra dance classes so I'm up to 5 a week plus rehearsals and a private lesson, and am dancing, hooping and lifting weights at home too. The only problem is that I'm eating about 3 times more than I usually do and my weekly shop isn't lasting so long any more.
When I have some spare cash I'm going to buy a bike. I think it'll be just as addictive as the rest of it, and I won't have to catch the bus anywhere near as often as I do now. -

Re: International No Diet Day
Mon, April 21, 2008 - 12:04 AMYou make me want to go out and buy a bike right now :) I guess I should put one on lay-by so I actually commit to bringing it home.
I'm not as fit as I used to be, but I'm getting there slowly. I'm hoping that I can build up my upper body strength, but stretching's much more fun so I tend to avoid the weights. I'm so lazy when it comes to anything I don't enjoy.
