Once again the Friends of Paramount Ranch have gathered and planned nothing for the "Umpteenth Annual Renaissance Pleasure Faire Reunion Picnic" to take place at Paramount Ranch on Sunday March 23 from noonish to dusk. The traditional Memorial Service will take place on Procession Hill in the waning afternoon. Bring what delights you will - Pack it in, pack it out! For those working Irwindale and/or those more Paganly oriented there will also be a gathering from sunrise through the day on March 20th. (The actual Equinox)

Re: Agoura Renaissance Faire Reunion Picnic
Sat, March 22, 2008 - 1:51 AMHonestly, I was considering flying out from NY for the weekend.. but, alas, have prior commitments. However, for those who are there, please know I will be there in spirit. So many memories, some have even survived the decades relatively unromanticized.
Please lift a goblet towards Actor's Camp for me. There is a tree there where I built a treehouse each year from 1972-1974. Then lift another for my best mate during those years, Marque!
Hope to see you all next year.

Re: Agoura Renaissance Faire Reunion Picnic
Thu, March 27, 2008 - 9:09 AMMerlin and i were busy with the S. Faire rehearsals & building but slipped away around 3:00 ish in time to make it out to Agoura for the Memorial Service on Procession Hill which was conducted this year by Ric Lashever. There were about 20 folk who made it up to The Hill and I expect a good many more who came & went during the day. You might check out www.dragondance.com to see any photos of this & past reunions. Was a beautiful day & about a dozen of us lingered until dusk. -
