If you are a man and wear (or want to wear!) any sort of unbifurcated garment (kilts, skirts, sarongs, etc), then you are most welcome here. If you think men in skirts are hot, please join too! If you are not so categoric about your sex or gender, or even question the validity of these concepts, or if you have little regard for dressing conventions and just think people should wear what they like, come on in!
