I am a Reiki and Karuna Ki Master, so these are the methods I use the most. I incorporate them into my magick in various ways, such as: creating sigils with the symbols, empowering ritual tools with Reiki, healing trees that need it when I am taking a walk through the sacred Redwoods, and whatever other ways that come to mind at the time of the magickal working. I also send long distance healing to friends and loved ones, for distance is only a limitation of the 3-D physical plane and not a factor in the higher dimensions...

Re: What healing method works best for you?
Mon, July 23, 2007 - 3:59 PMHi-
Thanks for the invite and am glad to be here.
I use Reiki, too, but only if someone specifically asks me to do so. I have found animals will let you know when and if they want it. For example, my horse will accept it from my husband but never from me.
I do some work with herbs, both whole and essence, and am learning more from a member of our local, real life, grove.

Re: What healing method works best for you?
Tue, July 24, 2007 - 2:00 AMFor me what works is Psychic or Shakra.
But no matter what you use a healer is a healer.
Would you agree with me though that all healing, except for expences, should be free?
I could turn away no one, so to me money has never been, and never will be an issue.

To a point, yes. Whenever energy is imparted, a karmic debt is contracted. This might just mean that if you heal someone, then they in turn must heal someone else, or give of whatever gift they have to another. In a community situation, this would be a given of course, "from each according to his abilities, to each according to his need," but sometimes the only way to fullfill a karmic debt is through money exchange. I don't believe that denigrates the energy in any way, but it's not as desireable as just sharing is.
