Sorry I haven't been on for a while, been battling pneumonia and virus from hell. Finally feeling better. If you email me I will send you the choreography for the workshop we did and the Music I used is from Suahila Salimpour Rhythm Identification and it's the first beledi cut on it.
If you are having problems, if you will email me before the retreat, I will be more than happy to get together with you all and go over the whole routine since we didn't have time to finish it.
