I've had energy workers comment that my "field is very electrical," and I've always been violently shocked by many things that don't shock most people (man I hate that!). I've always had the electric light thingie - at any stress or rush bulbs would blow out when I would go to turn the lamp on, and often I'd then move from room to room blowing them out one, two, three - very frustrating. I also had tons of trouble with copiers. Even if I'm not stressed, I can make a light flicker on and off or short out by working my energy in a certain way, but I'm really not into parlor tricks. I learned finally to ground as I approach lights and copiers and do a moment's deep calm; this works most of the time. Strangely, since I switched to compact fluorescents last summer I have not blown a single light - maybe because there's a lag time in the lighting up. But -- they don't last a long time, they burn out even faster than regular light bulbs, at my house.

Street lights go out very predictably but I don't care, it's not even startling any more. Cannot wear watches at all, the closest I can have them to me is strapped to my bag, which I do when traveling.

I have finally figured out why I don't have computer trouble -- the common denominator in blowing things out -- well, there are 2 actually -- I am either standing, or driving. I have set electrical fires in 3 cars so far just by touching the dashboard distractedly. Standing, or driving, but not sitting. So the computer does fine.
