HUUGGGEE HOUSE with massive living room, dining room, kitchen, fenced in backyard, basement and porch! Even the 2 full bathrooms are huugee. the one bedroom for rent is cozy though, but we are only asking $350/month +utilites. It is right downtown IC and anything you need from iowa city is extremely close walking distance. Roommates would be Abe, Devon and myself.
Must be able to handle loud psy trance and nightowls preferred. We are all fairly busy too between school and work so even though noise for us isnt an issue, we rarely have people over during the weekdays so the environment is a quiet, comfortable one :)
