$20 donation will be requested to cover workshop expenses

Everybody will be given the chance to preapare to walk on fire in the main ceremony

so if you ever dreamed of walking on fire this is the best chance for you..

Strictly no alchohol/ drugs etc after the workshop and during walk and arrow braking..

Firewalking Workshop

Firewalking is a sacred ritual that has been practiced across the

world. Cultures from the ancient Romans to present day tribes in

Africa recognized the healing power of fire. In this workshop we

utilize firewalking as a process towards healing, transformation and

the releasing of fears to empower dreams, visions and deepen our

relationship with ourselves and others.

Even modern science has had to acknowledge the benefits of

firewalking. This experiential workshop will include other exercises

to help move stagnant energy, release old patterns, and expand your

awareness in profound ways. Experience the joy of doing the

impossible. Walk across fire and be transformed!

RITUAL

Opening Fire Ritual ~ Saturday ~ Sunset

Ceremony by KFire (www.kfire.net) and Evelie S Posch (enchantress/ritualist)

1.-In the opening ceremony we will take a moment to acknowledge our

gathering at a time in our yearly cycle in which the Earth prepares to

descend into a period of darkness during which she will reenergize for

the new growth of the Spring. Thus it is also a fortuitious time for

us to align ourselves with the planet's energies and to honor the

sacred cycle of life, death, rebirth, and regeneration in our own

lives, and to magickally prepare for our own new cycle of growth.

Everyone is invited to participate in the ritual by bringing symbolic

objects (made from natural materials) they would like to burn in the

central fire (or ritual cauldron). The things should represent the

spirit of what you would like to release and let go from this year's

previous cycle and/or the spirit of the thing you would like to see

grow in this next year's cycle. Paper and pen will be provided to

those who would prefer to write down and burn their offerings.

Altars

We will be building a central altar around the theme of the event,

Mirnaya or "World United." Everyone is invited to bring objects or

images symbolizing an aspect of the Sacred to be placed on the altar.

Please bring them to the dancefloor area when you arrive~ the altar

will be constructed on Friday night but can be added to throughout the

weekend.
