I am organizing a large carpool in my veggie oil powered RV out to the Santa Cruz Mountains in California for FireDrums. We are leaving from Minneapolis, MN.
FireDrums is a workshop based event with over 60 different classes focused purely on object manipulation. If you are not a fire dancer and are interested in becoming one, this is a great opportunity to learn from the best.
Tickets are $75 and they go on sale February 1st and sell out almost right away.
My RV needs to be filled up at different restaurants where we can score some free veggie oil.
At this moment in time it is hard to say how much travel costs to join us would be, but I imagine it will be from $100-200.
This is a truly epic event and if you love to spin shit, I'd recommend checking it out ASAP:

Damn. I am surprised I filled up five spots in as little as two days!
It is great to see such excitement about the fire arts in our community.
