Tonight thurs Nov 20th @ The crown room we will be coming together to celebrate the life of our friend sohkak.
I will be at the crown room between 4pm and 5pm to prepared some special dishes for the sacred space portion of the night
which is from 7pm-10pm............from 10 on will there will be djs to follow
i'm asking for people to bring food donations so that we can all eat a very special meal!
so if you can bring any items from the list below it would be much appreciated by all!
Sohkaks parents will be there and i know they would appreciate a table of edible intention made by us for them!

So between 4pm-5pm please bring donations of food!
stay and help me prepare this potluck style dinner for all attending!
or you can drop by and donate food items. if you cant make it.
There will also be clean up
Any and all help is needed!
HERE'S SOME IDEAS
salad mix and veggies for a big beautifull salad
different cheeses goat/brie/cheddar/buffalo mozz/pepper jack and crackers for a cheese cracker plate!
artichokes/roasted peppers /olives/pickles/fresh herbs/ and any other antipasto items
FRUIT pineapples/tangerines/figs/plums/honeydew melon/watermelon/raspberrys/bluberrys/bannanas/pears for fruit platter.
BREAD bring a loaf of a nice artisan bread!
if you can't bring any of these items to make platters and you want to make a special dish please bring it!

FROM 7pm-10pm there will be an open mike style SACRED SPACE time for you to share any thoughts.poems.stories.words.about your connection to our beautifull brother sohkak.This will be a quiet and respectfull meditation to send prayers to his spirit!

There will be a slide show at some point during 7-10pm showing pictures of sohkak living life to the full!
We are also creating a shrine so if there's a sacred object you would like to add.....

And know that ANY TYPE of donation that you feel might help....is much appreciated by his family.

From 10pm on there will be music to follow! And if you knew our friend he was always tearing up dance floors!
I think he would want us to be dancing and celebrating what he created in the community! and what ever he created or inspired in you!..............he'll be right there with us all...expressing through movement as one......one community!
