How can I involve my son when I'm trying to workout?

What is your "Sanity Saver?"

I know at least 2 of us are stay at home moms and I thought this would be funny! I would go insane if I didn't talk to my friends. Today we spent a very long time on the phone venting frustrations about our husbands and expressing our worries about our children and how we feel about being a mommy. Hearing that I'm not the only one feeling or going through different things really helps. Another thing that saves my sanity is Friday night. A group of us play volleyball and it's a chance to get away from it all, sorta and have adult time. Don't get me wrong, I love spending time with my son but that 1-2 hours every Friday refreshes me for the next week! Nap time is also a great time to just sit and relax! LOL!

My husband or partner is great because...

You know how we always complain about our hubbies? Well, I thought it might help us to think about what they do DO (LOL) instead of what they don't.....

My husband tells me I look great even though I'm almost 80lbs heavier than when we met. (I think he's a LIAR! LOL!)

My husband is a GREAT dad when it comes to playing with his son. He may not always get up in the middle of the night or change the poopy diapers but he does occasionally. He will get up with Connor if I was up late and he wasn't.

My husband wears his "Connor's Daddy" shirt with pride! He loves it and isn't ashamed of wearing it! (He wears his heart on his sleeve! But SHHH! don't tell his friends!)

My husband rocks my son to sleep when he's really cranky. Connor is a daddy's boy!

Do you ever get angry with your kiddo, but you know it's not their fault? My son has been teething and he has become quite the fuss bucket and I find myself getting angry with him and I know he can't help it.. What should I do???
